Two Year Complete Warranty

AnimaSol, LLC offers a 2-year limited warranty which applies to all AnimaSol products purchased directly on www.animasol.life and not acquired through resale or transfer.

What does this limited warranty cover?
This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, AnimaSol LLC will repair or replace, at no charge, Products or parts of Products that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. Products with detachable batteries are eligible for lifetime battery replacement at no charge.

How to initiate warranty coverage?
Contact us at info@animasol.life to initiate a warranty claim and we will be ready to assist you! Please send your original order number, or name and email address used for the original order. The Buyer will be responsible for Product shipping charges and related coverage while in transit to AnimaSol LLC. AnimaSol LLC will be responsible for product shipping charges and related coverage to return Product to the Buyer.

How long does the coverage last?
The warranty period for AnimaSol LLC products is 2 years from the date of purchase. The warranty period is continued to the end of the 2-year period even after a warranty claim is fulfilled. The limited warranty is not transferable to other parties. For products with detachable batteries, battery replacement coverage extends for the lifetime of the product regardless of the standard warranty period.

What is the return policy?
AnimaSol LLC accepts returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. To initiate a return, contact us at info@animasol.life with your original order number, or the name and email address used for the original order. The Buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.

When is the limited warranty not applicable?
This limited warranty is no longer applicable if the problem is caused by: (1) damage resulting from negligence, improper maintenance, or tampering; (2) damage by lightning, water-damage, or other natural disasters; (3) theft or loss; (4) damage by animal in forms of biting, stepping on, or tearing apart.
